Free Download - Take A Look At The Top 10 Internet Franchises And Realize Your Potential To Work From Home By Candice Clem

If you are a natural-born salesman, this is by far the chief business opportunity for you. TVME, or Television Music Entertainment, is one of the best in-house media systems available today, useful in almost any public setting from the local bowling alley to the pub up the street, and even that retirement center across town. Its strong design and versatility makes the unit a breeze to sell, and therefore a huge moneymaker.

The Unit

It’s hard to understand exactly why this is such a potentially profitable home based business without first grasping exactly what it is that a TVME franchise business is selling. To put it simply, TVME is an easy-to-use audio/video computer system that puts over 450,000 songs and music videos at one person’s fingertips. In a way, using this device is like connecting a restaurant’s a/v system to the world’s biggest iPod and watching it go.

The computer itself isn’t necessarily anything too out of the ordinary: a PC with enough space to accommodate roughly 5000 song files. To anyone who knows a thing or two about computer media storage, that isn’t an impressive amount of space; in fact, there are many portable mp3 players on the market today that could far surpass that number of songs. But it’s not the hard drive that’s the amazing part of this system; it’s the narrowcast reception and internet access that makes it superior to nearly all its competitors.

Every month, TVME owners pay subscription fees to remain connected to the TVME central hub, which narrowcasts music and video feeds to paying customers. Though an individual machine can only hold 5000 songs, the narrowcast connection gives users access to the rest of the 450,000-song library covering nearly every genre of music, as well as almost every music video produced since the art form took flight.

Though the narrowcast access does come at a fee for users, there are ways to offset that cost with advertising. The space on the computer’s hard drive can be used to upload pdf-formatted advertisements to be displayed intermittently on the facilities video screens, either full-screen or on a scrolling tickertape. Putting up some Budweiser ads between music videos can increase business at the bar while also bringing in some advertising dollars.

To make the device even more appealing, users do all of these things from a simple and intuitive touch-screen. There’s no need for a mouse, keyboard, or in-depth knowledge of computer use; simply push the screen right where the desired action appears, and you’re on your way. That simplicity is a clear selling point to any purchaser using the machine in his establishment, and guests particularly enjoy when the touch-screen is located in clear sight, behind a counter, bar, or desk. There’s something about seeing the options that guests at hospitality and entertainment facilities very much enjoy.

All in all, there are many reasons for clients to purchase this entertainment marvel, and knowing all that makes it an easy product to sell.

As a Franchisee

Knowing the product that TVME franchisees sell, it’s far easier to understand the prospect of success with this home business. But a wise businessperson still has to ask what operating a franchise and selling these units actually consists of.

The essential business plan is relatively simple. As a licensed dealer, you are given access to your own protected territory, in which you find business clients who you suspect would be inclined to purchase this product. You purchase units from the company, mark up the prices appropriately, and sell them to interested clients, taking home whatever profit comes off the top of your sale price.

A good salesman can profit well from one of these franchises, but less experienced sellers may feel a slight disadvantage in a business that makes its profit solely from one-time sales. Fortunately, the machine is not all that franchisees sell; they also provide the subscriptions to the TVME narrowcast, which is a recurrent source of income. Every month, each client must pay that fee again to continue to receive access to the 450,000 songs that are a huge part of the value of this system. Therefore, each client that a franchisee adds to his list of sales is not only a source of income from the initial sale, but also adds to his regular monthly revenue. According to the franchisor, good salespeople in the right area have the potential of making 7 figures.

Another of the great perks of this franchise is that franchisees have the option to either work from home or build an office to work out of, whichever suits them better. With no need to keep a stock on hand when units aren’t moving, choosing to work at home affords franchisees a great way to save on overhead costs, which in turn converts more of their income into profit.

Great Products and Strong Talents Make for Success

There are too many business opportunities out there to name, and given the right kind of entrepreneur at the helm, each has a reasonable chance of success. TVME is, in itself, a strong, simple business built on a noteworthy product, but it is nothing without a good salesman.
